Welcome to the first (and last) time “Legal” might actually be kind of fun. The following videos are based on a character named Templeton who starts a business and, in each module, runs into a new series of legal problems.

We (lawyers) wrote these based on some of the more common legal mistakes we’d see our clients make before they hired us.

But fortunately, you don’t have to make the same mistakes many businesses do!

Don’t stress too much if you walk away not knowing 100% of the legal issues covered here. The idea is to help you learn how to “think legal” as it applies to almost every scenario when running a business.
